    Why We Recommend This

Regular oil changes are key to engine maintenance. They protect vital engine parts from damaging heat and friction. Conventional wisdom says that motor oil needs to be replaced every 3,000 miles/3 months, but it's best to follow your vehicle manufacturer guidelines and service provider recommendations—both are geared toward your specific vehicle and unique driving conditions.

    What's Included

An expert technician will remove and replace your motor oil, replace and recycle your used oil and oil filter, inspect other important filters, top-off windshield fluid, and perform a 19-point Courtesy Check.

Conventional motor oil is good for your budget. It’s affordable and meets the requirements of many vehicle manufacturers, but it isn't designed for engines with special performance or mileage needs. Conventional oil is the most basic option we offer.
Full synthetic oil is a better option than conventional oil. It's ideal for vehicles that take lots of short trips and operate in severe driving conditions, like stop-and-go traffic and temperatures below 40 F or more than 90 F. Count on synthetic oil to help prevent sludge from forming in your engine and clean out existing gunk. If you're not ready to switch to a full synthetic, a synthetic blend is a great in-between option.
High mileage oil is designed for vehicles with more than 75,000 miles. It’s enhanced with special conditioning agents that help reduce and prevent leaks by restoring aging, cracked, or brittle plastic and rubber engine parts. Your engine is only as strong as its weakest part, so keep yours well lubricated to extend its life.

    Why We Recommend This

When you have your tires rotated, you increase the life of your tires by reducing uneven wear. Most vehicle manufacturers recommend a tire rotation about every 5,000 miles or at the manufacturer-recommended mileage.

    What's Included

A tire rotation consists of removing the tires from their current locations and rotating them to another location on the vehicle. Tire rotation patterns vary depending on whether your vehicle is rear-wheel, four-wheel, or front-wheel drive. Our technicians will do what's best for your specific vehicle.

Regular tire rotations help make sure your tires wear more evenly. Even tire wear can help reduce your risk of future tire issues, and can also improve your vehicle’s traction, fuel efficiency, and overall safety on the road.
Tire rotations can help you save money, too. Because tire rotations help tires wear evenly, they help increase tire lifespan. That means you might not have to buy new tires as often as you once did!
Is your vehicle equipped with all-wheel drive? If so, regular tire rotations may help reduce the stress on your drivetrain and lessen wear on essential drive components. Routine tire rotations can help you tackle tough, unknown roads!

    Why We Recommend This

It's best to have your alignment checked every 6,000 miles or twice a year. Even one misaligned wheel can wreak havoc on your fuel efficiency, and over time can lead to premature wear and tear on your vehicle. Keeping everything properly aligned ensures a smoother ride for you and a longer life for your tires.

    What's Included

Wheel alignment services include inspection and adjustments to your vehicle’s steering and suspension system. We'll check for and correct any issues with your car’s wheel alignment angles, as well as ensure your tire air pressure is at the manufacturer recommended level. Some manufacturers also require recalibrations of certain advanced vehicle safety systems with an alignment service – we can help with that, too.

Maybe you have a crooked steering wheel, your vehicle pulls to one side or another, or a gut feeling that something’s not right in your car after you hit a pothole. A simple wheel alignment check can give you peace of mind that your car is on the straight and narrow—or keep you one step ahead of costly repairs if it isn't.
We'll use top-of-the-line alignment equipment to measure your car’s alignment angles and make any necessary adjustments according to manufacturer specifications. Next, we'll recalibrate your vehicle’s safety systems (if required by your manufacturer). Standard wheel alignment services are backed by our 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty, and we'll road test your vehicle ourselves to make sure the job is done right.
Our lifetime alignment includes everything in the standard alignment, plus a lifetime warranty. That means we'll check the angles, realign your wheels, and recalibrate the required safety systems whenever you need it—at no charge—for as long as you own the car.

    Why We Recommend This

It’s best to introduce yourself to new roads with a firm grip. Over time, the tread on your tires wears down, leading to compromised traction on the road and potentially dangerous driving conditions. Tires generally need to be replaced every 25,000 to 50,000 miles, depending on vehicle manufacturer recommendations and driving habits.

    What's Included

We know tires, and we're here to help you choose the best ones for your car, your lifestyle, and your budget. Our trained technicians will walk you through your options for tire sizes, brands, and types so you can buy new tires with confidence.

High-quality tires are essential for your car’s longevity and safety, but they're also a significant investment. We stand behind our work and our tires, so much so that we'll give you 90 days to make sure your new tires meet your needs. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
From all-season to off-road and everything in between, we have you covered with some of the world’s best tire brands. We're proud to carry DriveGuard, Ecopia, Turanza, Blizzak, Destination, Firehawk, Toyo, and more, giving you plenty of options to suit your lifestyle and your vehicle.
At Firestone Complete Auto Care, every job we do is backed by our Triple Promise: fixed right, priced right, right on time. Tire installation is no exception, and we'll treat your vehicle like it’s our own when installing your new tires.

    Why We Recommend This

Zero to sixty may throw your hair back. But sixty to zero will save your life. We're in the business of keeping you safe on the road, which is why we recommend that you have your brakes inspected and serviced per the manufacturer's recommended guidelines. Routine brake service can help you drive with confidence and stop quickly when you need to.

    What's Included

We'll inspect, service, and repair all parts of your braking system, including brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, hoses, and fluid. We can also perform e-brake checks and offer free brake checks seven days a week, all year long. Many locations are also open in the evenings, so you can stop by at your convenience.

Our standard brake service includes a full inspection of brake components, installation of new brake pads/shoes, and resurfacing of brake rotors/drums. You'll also receive a lifetime parts warranty on brake shoes and disc pads, as well as a 12-month, 12,000-mile labor warranty.
This service includes everything that's involved in our standard brake service, plus a brake fluid exchange, which removes brake fluid contaminants and air from the braking system. It also comes with a longer labor warranty: 24,000-miles/24-months.
In addition to everything that's offered in other brake services, the lifetime service includes installation of new brake calipers and/or wheel cylinders and a lifetime warranty on both parts and labor for brake pads/shoes, brake calipers/wheel cylinders, and brake installation hardware.

    Why We Recommend This

Tire balancing helps make sure weight is evenly distributed between your tires. It's necessary about every 5,000 miles, or as recommended by your manufacturer. Balancing can lead to a smoother ride, less tire wear, and reduced strain on the drivetrain. When you think tire balancing, think safe, smooth and efficient driving.

    What's Included

During a tire balance service, your tires and wheels are mounted onto to a tire balancing machine. The machine spins the tire and wheel assembly to measure the imbalance, so that a technician can precisely install the correct tire weights to achieve a properly balanced wheel and tire assembly.

Uneven tire wear and vibration in your steering wheel, floorboard, or seat can signal it's time for tire balancing. You may also want to have your tires balanced during a tire rotation, after a flat tire repair, or as part of your scheduled maintenance.
A tire balance is one of the best ways to maximize tire lifespan and ride comfort. It can also improve driving safety, since unbalanced tires can lead to steering wheel vibration.
Both contribute to a smoother ride, but tire balancing and alignment are different services. A tire balance corrects the weight imbalance on your tire and wheel assemblies, while an alignment corrects the angles of the tires so that they come into contact with the road in just the right way.

    Why We Recommend This

Dust, debris, rain, and snow can cloud more than your day. They can also cloud your line of sight. Wiper blades keep your windshield clear—helping you stay safer on the road. Replace windshield wipers every 6-12 months or any time you notice a change in visibility, such as a streaky windshield.

    What's Included

A technician will evaluate the condition of your wiper blades and check your windshield wiper fluid level. We'll remove your old windshield wipers and install new ones, plus refill your windshield wiper fluid.

We carry the best, because you deserve the best. TRICO® has been in the wiper blade business for more than 100 years and offers some of the most technologically advanced windshield wipers available. Our technicians can help you select the right replacement blade for your vehicle today.
Premium beam blades feature a slanted design that allows them to apply even pressure to a greater surface area of your windshield. They're built to go the extra mile, even in difficult road conditions. Expect these wipers to perform better than your average wiper blade.
Conventional blades are standard wiper blades, but don't let the word "conventional" fool you. These wipers are made with high-quality steel and precision-cut rubber to help you see clearly, whether you're commuting or road-tripping. Expect these wipers to meet or exceed your vehicle manufacturer standards.

    Why We Recommend This

A flat or leaking tire can leave you stranded on the side of the road or even worse, contribute to situation where you lose control while driving. Take care of flat or leaking tires as early as possible to extend tire lifespan and ensure your tire doesn't leave you stranded.

    What's Included

Repair or replace? If you're not sure if your flat tire can be fixed head to Firestone Complete Auto Care. We've been manufacturing and installing tires since 1926, and we'll give you our honest, straightforward recommendations based on safety, performance, and cost considerations.

Even if your car tire doesn't appear to be flat, your tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) can indicate a slow leak. When your TPMS light comes on, ignoring it could lead to dangerous tire ruptures while you're driving and costly vehicle repairs in the future.
Addressing small tire leaks and punctures at the first sign of a problem can extend tire lifespan. For tire punctures less than ¼” in size, Firestone Complete Auto Care technicians may be able to revive your flat tire with a simple, cost-effective patch and plug repair.
Avoid driving on a damaged tire or temporary spare tire for a long time. Doing so can lead to additional (and more costly) rim damage and repairs, so it's best to have your tires examined at the first sign of trouble. Don't let tire damage linger—your future self will thank you.

    Why We Recommend This

It doesn’t matter how your car performs if you can’t start it. Maintain your car’s "get up and go" with routine starting and charging system maintenance, as well as a powerful battery. Otherwise, you could find yourself battling dim headlights, a dead battery, or engine failure.

    What’s Included

Your visit will start with a free starting and charging system check. A technician will inspect your battery voltage level, test the alternator, and examine the starter and spark plugs. Your specific starting and charging system service will depend on your vehicle’s needs.

The best time to replace your battery is before you need to. During a battery test, a technician will use an Early Detection Analyzer to determine your battery’s strength, predict the low or high temperature that may cause it to fail, and give you an idea of how much charge remains.
The DieHard Platinum battery is designed for vehicles with medium electrical demands or accessories and with a conventional, internal combustion engine and without the start-stop fuel saving feature. The DieHard Platinum battery is engineered with increased paste density to offer more resistance to deterioration with improved cycling life. The Stamped Grid Technology features stronger and more durable positive grid design which bolsters durability.
The DieHard Gold battery is engineered for maximum starting power in any climate. That means you can relax knowing you'll get your car started, even on the coldest or hottest of days. The DieHard Gold automotive battery meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s power and reserve capacity requirements for your vehicle, ensuring you get the power you need for a quick start every time. The DieHard Gold battery uses Stamped Grid Technology, which is a stronger and more durable positive grid.

    Why We Recommend This

Check your headlights, brake lights, and other auto lights every 18-24 months to prevent unsafe driving conditions and increase your down-road visibility. If you notice fading, burnt, or even broken lights, stop by Firestone Complete Auto Care for light bulb replacement and repairs.

    What's Included

We'll inspect your car's exterior lights and internal electrical system for outages and issues. If necessary, we'll also clean and replace your headlights, taillights or interior light bulbs with high-quality, industry-trusted auto bulbs.

Also known "anti-collision" lights, headlights and taillights have an important job! Taillights make your car easily visible to other drivers in traffic to prevent rear-end collision, and headlights help you safely anticipate and avoid roadway hazards. Driving with compromised anti-collision lights can put you, your passengers and other drivers at risk.
Brake lights are housed in the same exterior casing as taillights, and malfunctioning brake lights can easily cause an accident. Burned out brake lights can affect taillights and vice versa, which is why it's wise to have an expert check all your rear bulbs at once.
Dome lights, better known as door lights, light up above the center console when you first open a car door or hit your interior light switch. If yours are out or flickering, we can help diagnose the issue. This can be caused by an underlying issue in your car's electrical system, or may simply require a new bulb.

    Why We Recommend This

You can visit us regularly, or visit us urgently. An engine tune-up can help ensure you visit on your own time. After a tune-up, you'll find that your engine starts easier, runs smoother, and performs more efficiently. Your vehicle manufacturer may recommend an engine tune-up every 25,000 to 100,000 miles. Check your owner's manual.

    What's Included

No two tune-ups are the same. Your tune-up will be tailored to your vehicle's needs and typical driving conditions. We'll visually inspect your engine components and install new parts as needed. Your technician can help determine which tune-up service is best for your car.

Our standard tune-up starts with a thorough inspection of engine components, followed by a Bosch Iridium spark plug installation and a timing and idle setting (if applicable). Enjoy a lifetime warranty on parts.
Your air filter prevents harmful debris from entering your engine, while the fuel filter prevents debris from clogging your fuel lines. This tune-up service replaces both of these vital filters and includes a 6,000-mile/6-month warranty.
Want lower emissions, improved fuel economy, and more engine power? Talk to your technician about a fuel system cleaning. This 3-step process helps restore fuel system performance by removing carbon deposits on the vehicle's fuel injectors. It includes a 12,000-mile/12-month warranty.

    Why We Recommend This

Filters trap contaminants and keep them from damaging vital components in your car. The air filter prevents harmful debris from entering your engine, while the cabin air filter prevents dust and pollutants from entering your car through the A/C and heat vents. It’s generally recommended that you have your filters replaced every 12 months/12,000 miles, or according to vehicle manufacturer recommendations.

    What's Included

We'll remove your old, dirty filters and install new ones. The process is fast! Some filters can be harder to reach, though, depending on your car’s make and model. Either way, we'll let you know how long it'll take to replace and have you back on the road in no time.

A dirty air filter forces your engine to work harder, resulting in poor fuel economy, higher emissions, and sometimes a loss of engine power. Replace an old filter to help protect engine parts and restore optimal engine performance.
Is the air flowing through your vents weak or smelly? You might have a dirty cabin air filter! The cabin air filter is designed to prevent outside allergens and dust from entering your car's air vents. It helps to purify the air you're breathing inside the cabin of your car.
Replace filters early and often. Reduced engine power, decreased throttle response, weaker acceleration, and weak or smelly air flowing through your car vents can mean it's time to replace old or dirty filters.

    Why We Recommend This

Brake fluid plays a key role in bringing your car to a stop, and checking it can help ensure your peace of mind on the road. When brake fluid gets dirty or contaminated, it can change how your braking system operates and compromise your safety. Brake fluid flushes are often part of a solid preventative maintenance plan and included in manufacturer recommendations.

    What's Included

We'll test the condition of your brake fluid, as well as check the internal components of the anti-lock braking system. If any service is needed, we'll perform a complete brake fluid exchange, rather than simply a brake fluid replacement. This ensures that as much old fluid as possible is removed and replaced with new fluid.

If your brakes don't feel like they used to, stop by for a free brake inspection. A technician will perform a "strip dip" brake fluid test to determine if it's time for a fluid change. We'll also visually examine your braking system to determine if your vehicle needs new brake pads, lines, or hoses.
Over time, brake fluid can become contaminated and lead to corrosion in the braking system. Thankfully, taking care of your brake fluid won't break the bank when you come to Firestone Complete Auto Care.
A brake fluid exchange is necessary when air gets into your brake fluid line, typically from a leak or major repair. Your brake pedal might feel soft or spongy when you press down on it if there's air in the system. A brake fluid exchange will correct this problem and help restore safe and effective braking in your car.

    Why We Recommend This

Pieces and parts in your A/C system can wear out over time, leaving you with warm or stinky air blowing out of your vents. Get that cool blast back and prevent system-wide damage by getting regular car A/C service to check for leaks, damage, and low refrigerant levels.

    What's Included

Every A/C service begins with a visual inspection of A/C components. A technician will test your A/C's performance and controls, then conduct a state-of-the-art charge test. If a repair or recharge is needed, the technician will discuss it with you before any work is done.

If your car A/C is blowing hot air, losing air pressure, emitting a musty smell, or not working at all, Firestone Complete Auto Care can help. We'll perform an A/C performance check to get to the root of the problem.
If your car's refrigerant level is low, a technician can recharge your A/C system with a simple refrigerant top off service. For dirty or old refrigerant, an evacuation and recharge (emptying the old fluid and replacing it entirely) can dramatically improve your A/C system's performance.
A faulty A/C system is bad for your car and the planet. Our ASE-Certified technicians go through an EPA-approved A/C service training and repair around half a million air conditioners every year.

    Why We Recommend This

Take care of your car, and it’ll take care of you. Keeping up with manufacturer scheduled maintenance is one of the best ways to proactively keep your vehicle in its best possible condition, ensuring that it will run optimally for years to come.

    What's Included

Wouldn't you rather stay ahead of repairs before they cause secondary issues in your car—or worse, an accident? Following a regular maintenance schedule is vital to your safety on the road, and proactive maintenance can help save you money by preventing costly repairs in the future.
You have enough on your plate without worrying about your vehicle’s recommended maintenance schedule. We can help! Rest easy knowing that every job we do is backed by our Triple Promise: fixed Right, priced right, right on time.
